Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tables, chairs, tents, & power sources. No tables or power will be provided on site.

In the event of inclement weather, the event will be moved indoors to the PMM. A final decision will be made on Tuesday, June 16, 2026. Vendor maps, setup instructions, & placement details will be provided prior to setup. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions or venue changes related to weather.
